Project
SCET-TUNISIE carries out the execution studies of the prestigious construction project of the Marina of Ouidah, located 30 km from Cotonou in Benin. This project aims to promote the country's historical heritage in the region of the "Porte sans retour", a high place of memory tourism in Benin. It contributes to developing the tourist offer of the country and more particularly of the city of Ouidah.
Among the infrastructures to be created are public gardens known as "gardens of remembrance", a thematic hotel with one hundred and fifty (150) rooms, an artificial lake, a memory boat known as the "departure boat", a craft village, shops and restaurants, stands, a space for artists.
Our mission
Execution studies of all the buildings and infrastructures of the project including :
- Execution plans (including written documents, plans and calculation notes, special technical clauses price schedules and estimated details) of foundations, structures (concrete and wood and metal), and all secondary trades: finishing, strong currents and weak, air conditioning, ventilation, fire safety, fluids, etc. of all buildings.
- The hydraulic studies and the execution studies of the artificial lake including the canal, the islands and the banks.
- Infrastructure and VRD in the project area
- Landscaping and planting work for the entire project
